Entrance doors should be special. Fitting perfectly with the style of your home, they represent its calling card and are an indication of good taste. At the same time, they must meet high security standards and save energy with high thermal insulation values. Entrance doors can be customised to individual requirements.
The entrance doors of a house, a cottage, a flat or an office are the public image of who lives inside. Alongside purely aesthetic requirements, modern times have made them multifunctional tools for the safety and security of the interior environment.
Our team’s choice was a series of products with articulated dimensions and characteristics, all strictly functional in guaranteeing security.
Despite the thousands of types of wooden or wood-aluminium doors, we always offer a product that is accurate and thought out down to the smallest detail:
Solid wood (larch, chestnut, fir or pine) that has been seasoned for several years is used in order to achieve remarkable performance (especially against rain and frost). The timber is purchased and stored in the carpenter’s workshop’s external warehouse in order to dry as well as possible; only after a period of about 10 years can it be used.
This practice is the most economically costly for the company, but it is the best way to benefit from a timber that is perfect for the final properties it reflects and guarantees.
Triple rabbet construction with 68 mm thickness and certified double gaskets to eliminate the slightest draft. Designed with a special plinth and including mouldings to allow water to run off and prevent lower rotting.
Mounted are Sicurtop or Poseidon multi-point locks that have the highest security classes, including a 9000 burglar-resistant Scudo cylinder and 5 keys with personal cards.
Painted with one coat of Ammon impregnating agent, two primer coats and a subsequent Adler or Sikkens wax finish.
All these paints are verified to be of high quality and the results do not lie.
WOODEN DOOR 68/78 mm
Insulated 68/78 mm certified three-layer glued laminated timber door with state-of-the-art profile for maximum thermal and acoustic insulation, as follows
68/78×70 frame with triple rebate and tenoning with dowels glued with GXL-3 glue meets the requirements of class D4 of the DIN EN 204 specification, completed as follows:
- Anuba Sasba five-way adjustable hinges in silver,
- hardware recessed into the frame with 4 mm air
- 68/78 mm sash assembled with batten panels and insulated with high-density natural material. The structure also allows for special millings for the insertion of glass and/or aluminium inserts.
The product is complete with
- five-point Sicurtop lock,
- Scudo 5000 cylinder with five keys and personal card,
- bottom rebate with thermal break threshold seal,
- standard satin-finish steel handle/handle (surcharge for other types at choice)
double perimeter gaskets for thermal and acoustic abatement without interruptions in corners - clear, shatter-proof glass (surcharge for other types at choice),
painting with a three-coat, environmentally-friendly, - water-based cycle with Adler brand products carried out with one coat of protective impregnating agent of the customer’s choice, an intermediate coat of paint and a final coat of finish with special UV-resistant outdoor paint, after sanding between each stage.
PORTONCINO IN LEGNO - ALLUMINIO 68/78 mm
